Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Hugo dosyalarını Mac'inde tutar ve hiçbir dosyanı silmez. Yapay zekâya bir şey sorduğunda yalnızca o iş için gereken bilgi gönderilir. Banka, kredi kartı, şifre, pasaport ve kimlik belgelerin gönderilmez: Hugo bunları Mac'inin içinde tanır ve dışarıda tutar. Mesajlarını sunucumuzda saklamayız.
1. Mac'inde kalanlar
- Dosyaların. Hugo bir dosyayı "yediğinde" onu yalnızca Mac'indeki bir klasöre taşır; dosya hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
- Hassas belge kontrolü. Hugo bir dosyanın banka, kart, kimlik ya da pasaport bilgisi taşıyıp taşımadığını Mac'in kendi yazı tanıma özelliğiyle, internete göndermeden kontrol eder.
- Ayarların, hafıza notların ve kayıt dosyaları (Mac'inde, Hugo'nun klasöründe).
2. Yapay zekâya gidenler
Hugo'ya bir şey sorduğunda isteğin, Hugo'nun sunucusu (Cloudflare üzerinde çalışır) aracılığıyla yapay zekâ servisine, Anthropic'e (Claude) iletilir. Gönderilenler:
- Yazdığın mesaj ve konuşmanın o anki kısmı.
- Gerektiğinde masaüstündeki dosya adları. Hassas görünen dosyaların adı gönderilmez, yerine "[gizli dosya]" yazılır.
- Yalnızca sen istediğinde bir dosyanın içeriği. Hassas görünen dosyaların içeriği, sen istesen bile gönderilmez; kilidini sen iki adımlı onayla açmadıkça.
- Yalnızca sen iki kez onayladığında ekranının görüntüsü. İçinde kart, IBAN, kimlik ya da pasaport numarası görülürse gönderilmez.
Hugo'nun sunucusu mesajlarının içeriğini saklamaz. Anthropic, gelen verileri kendi ticari şartları ve gizlilik politikası çerçevesinde işler. Uygulamada kendi yapay zekâ anahtarını bağlarsan (örneğin kendi Claude, OpenAI ya da Gemini hesabın), istekler doğrudan o servise gider ve o servisin şartları geçerli olur.
3. Sunucumuzda tutulanlar
- Rastgele bir cihaz kimliği ve aylık yapay zekâ harcaman (kotayı uygulamak için).
- Pro aboneliğin ve davet kodun bilgisi.
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti, en fazla 2 gün.
- Geri bildirim gönderirsen: yazdığın metin, istersen adın, uygulama sürümü, Mac modelin ve istersen kayıt dosyası. Kayıttaki gizli dosya adları ve numaralar gönderilmeden önce gizlenir ve kaydı göndermeden önce sen görürsün. Geri bildirimler 180 gün sonra silinir.
4. Ödemeler
Pro ödemeleri bir ödeme sağlayıcısı (Lemon Squeezy) üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgilerin bize gelmez.
5. Bu web sitesi
Site çerez kullanmaz. Seçtiğin dil ve renk yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır. Yazı tipleri Google Fonts'tan yüklenir; bu sırada tarayıcın Google'a bağlanır.
6. Hakların
Hakkındaki verileri görmek, düzeltmek ya da sildirmek için uygulamadaki "Geri bildirim gönder" penceresinden bize yazabilirsin. Avrupa Birliği'ndeysen GDPR kapsamındaki bütün hakların saklıdır ve yetkili veri koruma kurumuna şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek tarihini güncelleriz; önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada haber veririz.
Privacy Policy

In short: Hugo keeps your files on your Mac and never deletes them. When you ask the AI something, only what that task needs is sent. Your bank, credit card, password, passport and ID documents are not sent: Hugo recognizes them on your Mac and keeps them out. We don't store your messages on our server.
1. What stays on your Mac
- Your files. When Hugo "eats" a file it only moves it to a folder on your Mac; nothing is uploaded.
- The private-document check. Hugo checks whether a file holds bank, card, ID or passport details using your Mac's own text recognition, without sending anything.
- Your settings, memory notes and logs (in Hugo's folder on your Mac).
2. What goes to the AI
When you ask Hugo something, your request goes through Hugo's server (running on Cloudflare) to the AI service, Anthropic (Claude). What is sent:
- Your message and the current part of the conversation.
- When needed, the names of files on your desktop. Names of files that look private are not sent; "[private file]" is shown instead.
- A file's content, only when you ask. Content of files that look private is not sent even if you ask, unless you unlock that file yourself with a two-step confirmation.
- A screenshot, only after you confirm twice. If it shows a card, IBAN, ID or passport number it is not sent.
Hugo's server does not store the content of your messages. Anthropic processes the data it receives under its own commercial terms and privacy policy. If you connect your own AI key in the app (e.g. your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini account), requests go directly to that service and its terms apply.
3. What our server keeps
- A random device ID and your monthly AI spending (to apply your quota).
- Your Pro subscription and invite code status.
- A one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, for at most 2 days.
- If you send feedback: your text, your name if you give it, the app version, your Mac model and, if you choose, a log. Private file names and numbers in the log are hidden, and you see the log before sending. Feedback is deleted after 180 days.
4. Payments
Pro payments are handled by a payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Your card details never reach us.
5. This website
The site uses no cookies. Your language and color choice are stored only in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google.
6. Your rights
To see, correct or delete data about you, write to us from the app's "Send feedback" window. If you are in the European Union, all your GDPR rights apply and you may complain to your data protection authority.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we update its date; for important changes we tell you in the app.
