1. Hugo ne yapar
Hugo, Mac'in için bir masaüstü yardımcısıdır. Dosyaları "yer" (Mac'inde başka bir klasöre taşır), istediğinde eski yerlerine geri koyar ve yapay zekâ ile sorularını yanıtlar. Hugo hiçbir dosyayı silmez ve hiçbir dosyanın üstüne yazmaz; bir dosyanın üstüne yazması gerekirse önce eski halini yedekler.
2. Yedek senin sorumluluğunda
Hugo dosyalarını korumak için birçok önlem alır, ama hiçbir yazılım her durumda kusursuz değildir. Önemli dosyalarının düzenli yedeğini (örneğin Time Machine) almak senin sorumluluğundadır.
3. Yapay zekâ yanılabilir
Yapay zekâ yanlış ya da eksik cevap verebilir. Önemli kararlarını (sağlık, hukuk, para, yatırım) yalnızca Hugo'nun cevabına dayandırma. Hugo yatırım tavsiyesi vermez.
4. Senin onayınla yapılanlar
Komut çalıştırma, dosya taşıma ya da ekran görüntüsü gönderme gibi işler senin onayınla yapılır. Onay verdiğin işlerin sonucundan sen sorumlusun. Hassas görünen bir dosyanın kilidini ya da gizlilik kalkanını kendi isteğinle açarsan, o dosyanın yapay zekâya gönderilmesinin sorumluluğu sana aittir.
5. Pro abonelik
Pro aylık ya da yıllık abonelikle sunulur ve her dönem için belirli bir yapay zekâ kullanım hakkı içerir. Ödemeler ve iadeler ödeme sağlayıcısı (Lemon Squeezy) üzerinden, yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici hukukuna uygun olarak yapılır. Aboneliğini istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; dönem sonuna kadar Pro olarak kalırsın.
6. Kullanım kuralları
Hugo'yu yasa dışı işler için, başkalarının verilerine izinsiz erişmek için ya da hizmeti kötüye kullanmak (örneğin kotayı aşmaya çalışmak) için kullanamazsın. Bu durumda hizmeti durdurabiliriz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Hugo "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Hugo'nun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Hugo için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu madde, yaşadığın ülkenin vazgeçilemeyen tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları değiştirirsek tarihini güncelleriz; önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada yeniden onayını isteriz.

1. What Hugo does
Hugo is a desktop helper for your Mac. It "eats" files (moves them to another folder on your Mac), puts them back when you ask, and answers your questions with AI. Hugo never deletes a file and never overwrites one; if it must overwrite a file, it backs up the old version first.
2. Backups are your responsibility
Hugo takes many steps to protect your files, but no software is flawless in every situation. Keeping regular backups of important files (e.g. Time Machine) is your responsibility.
3. AI can be wrong
The AI can give wrong or incomplete answers. Don't base important decisions (health, legal, money, investing) on Hugo's answers alone. Hugo does not give investment advice.
4. Things done with your approval
Running commands, moving files or sending a screenshot happen only with your approval. You are responsible for the results of actions you approve. If you unlock a file that looks private, or turn off the privacy shield, of your own choice, you are responsible for that file being sent to the AI.
5. Pro subscription
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription and includes a set amount of AI usage per period. Payments and refunds are handled by the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) in line with the consumer law of your country. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Hugo for illegal purposes, to access others' data without permission, or to abuse the service (for example, trying to get around quotas). In that case we may stop the service.
7. Limitation of liability
Hugo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using Hugo, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Hugo in the last 12 months. This does not remove consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
If we change these terms we update their date; for important changes we ask for your approval again in the app.
